Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understands the consultancy role of a Facility Management Agent.

• Lead and overseeing the Operations team to manage daily Hard Services facilities operation

and maintenance activities.

• Utilize and continuously improve existing Operational, Maintenance and safety procedures and processes via audits and inspections.

• To focus on management, supervision, control, monitoring and enhancement activities and opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided

• Review operational efficiency of existing services, opportunities for further systems integration, environmental conditions inside buildings, internal and external space usage and

report and recommendations to minimize lifecycle costs without affecting utility or availability.

• Managing FM Service Providers related to Hard Services activities such as mobilizations

phases, scheduling of tasks, approving consumables and spare parts, and monitoring overall

progress in line with the asset management plans

• Prompt and courteous response to the customer request

• Responsible to write and review the scope of services for relevant tenders

• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision making

and leadership abilities

• Enforces and adopts safety measures among all subordinates

• Assist in the operational execution accordingly

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong Interpersonal, initiative driven, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership

abilities.

• Perfect command of spoken and written English,
